This screening tool, developed by the Center for Youth Wellness and the Bayview Child Health Center (BCHC), is based on the original ACE questionnaire and adapted for a pediatric patient population. A User Guide is available for the ACE-Q which provides a brief review of the research literature and outlines how the CYW ACE-Q is used at the BCHC.

The CYW ACE-Q and User Guide have been made available to primary care providers for the purpose of information sharing.
